Bulgaria Diving
We have little information on the Bulgarian diving scene. It is likely that the dive sites in Bulgaria are located off the coast in the Black Sea and possibly some inland sites as well. The generally calm nature of the sea will mean dive transporting will be easier.
Although this is considered new territory for diving this country see's a lot of tourists now. It is likely that the dive sites are busy too. In high and low season this is likely to be a popular place to visit.

Weather Conditions Bulgaria
Bermuda is in the Northern Hemisphere and at the temperate/mediterranean border. Therefore seasonal weather is quite different to Northern Europe and America. Expect hot summers yet cold winters.
Dive Scene
Broadly speaking the trend for diving in Bulgaria is highly likely to be resort-based with little or no club based activity. So the resorts will operate a 'pay and dive' system.
